Made from rugged PVC tarpaulin with a simple to use Top Fold Seal System™ for maximum volume and a Side Fold Seal Compression System™ to reduce the size for smaller spaces, this feature packed waterproof backpack is fully submersible and has everything the outdoor sportsperson needs: Two large reflective strips, air-flow back panel, front zip mesh pocket, whistle buckle and newly designed EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) stay-dry shoulder straps that do not get wet and decay.
